Call for Information and Listening Exercise

On 26th January 2026 the Diocese of St Albans launched a call for safeguarding information and a listening exercise for St Andrew’s, Chorleywood concerning allegations of abuse from the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s.

This exercise is being led by our diocese and is being carried out with the full support of St Andrew’s.

St Andrew’s takes safeguarding of children and adults very seriously and believes its current arrangements to be robust and thorough. However, where there may have been shortcomings in the past, we are keen to identify those and to ensure that any survivors receive the support they may require.
