Assistant Youth Pastor St Andrew’s Church Chorleywood

This is an exciting opening to capitalise on the missional opportunities provided by the Church’s recent acquisition of the Hillside Centre. We are looking for someone who can establish and build relationships with young people and connect in new ways with the wider youth community locally.

You will be able to develop and implement a 3 year plan for use of the Hillside Centre Youth Club which will begin by pioneering a mid week group and go on to see the space open throughout the week.

You will support the St Andrew’s Youth Pastor in the design and delivery of discipleship programmes and outreach events and look for opportunities to connect with national and diocesan youth events.

This is a full time role with competitive salary and housing allowance.
