Celebrating Easter at St Andrew’s
Palm Sunday 29 March
There will be a Family Service at 11am, in addition to our 9am traditional Holy Communion service and 6pm informal gathering.
Holy Week Prayer Meeting
We are gathering to pray during Holy Week on Monday 30 March at 8pm in the Sanctuary at St Andrew’s.
Maundy Thursday Family Meal
We will be joining together as a church family for a meal on 2 April at 6.30pm in the Sanctuary, before sharing a special service of Holy Communion at 8pm.
The cost of the meal is £5 per person - please sign up below so we know how much food to prepare.
Good Friday Service at Chorleywood Crossroads
We will be gathering in the St Andrew’s Church car park at 10.30am on 3 April to begin the walk of witness to arrive at 11am at the Chorleywood Crossroads for an open air service with worship for the community. All are welcome.
Family Easter Trail
There will be a Family Easter Trail at St Andrew’s on Friday 3 April with lots of activities for children including an Easter trail, toy sale and crafts. You are welcome to drop by anytime between 1-4pm.
Reflective Service
We will be having a Reflective Service on Friday 3 April at 7pm to reflect on this important day and have a time of worship together.
Easter Sunday
We have services at 9am, 11am and 6pm to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus. All are welcome!
We would love you to join us at 10.15am (before the 11am service) for an Easter egg hunt and family games. We will also be having some baptisms during the 6pm service; if you are interested in getting baptised or would like more information, please contact the church office.
