Dr. Mark Stibbe
has since September 1996 been the Vicar of St Andrews Church Chorleywood, a large and growing charismatic Anglican Church just outside London. He is the best-selling author of numerous works, including the recent One Touch from the King, Healing Today, Prophetic Evangelism and The Father You’ve Been Waiting For. He regularly speaks about the father heart of God and the healing of the orphan heart, and is an anointed communicator who travels both in the UK and overseas. He is married to Alie - who is also a writer – and has four children aged between 18 and 11.

Andrew Williams qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and practiced law in the city (London). He was ordained in 2000. In 2003, he was appointed Associate Vicar at St. Andrew’s Chorleywood where he has developed a creative new strategy for releasing God’s people in mission. Andrew is an original and anointed communicator and he has spoken at many churches across the UK and Europe including the New Wine Leaders’ Conference, CLAN in Scotland and ‘Oasis’ in Norway. He is a member of the European Church Planting Network and teaches for John Paul Jackson’s Streams Institute for Spiritual Development. He is married to Elena and they have two daughters.








Nicky Pledger
is the Assistant Minister at St. Andrew's Church. Before ordination in 2001, she has, among other things, spent four years in a religious order, worked in the Education service, the library service, been a teacher, a pub assistant and a housewife. She has a passion for connecting faith with everyday life. She met her husband Alan while studying at London School of Theology, and they have two sons and a granddaughter.












Alan Pledger
in the Church Manager at St. Andrew's.  He qualified as a Civil Engineer in the 1960’s and until 1992 was designing and building bridges, roads, drainage systems etc. He became a Christian at the age of 40 in a Baptist church. Prior to that playing sport was his god! His late wife Val died from cancer in 1992. At the beginning of 1994 he met Nicky whilst studying at London School of Theology and they were married at St Andrew’s.









David and Jenny
are the MSC Development Co-Ordinators at St. Andrew's Church.  They have both had careers in Christian publishing for 30 years. They have helped to pioneered the development of the Mid-Size Communities at St Andrew’s. They have two grown up daughters and one grandson.










Pete Wynter is the Youth Congregational Leader at St. Andrew’s Church. Pete’s main focus is working with 11 to 18 year olds and for the past few years, he has been involved in the Soul Survivor Festivals. Before coming to St. Andrew’s, Pete trained as a teacher. He also was on the Chaplaincy Team at HMP YOI Ashfield for 2 Years. Presently, he is developing the Young Leaders Conference, which has been a real success over the past few years and is set to continue by expanding to Young Leaders North next year. He is a talented artist, worship leader and speaker and is married to the beautiful Sarah!
