Hugh Lloyd, Church Manager
Hugh works three days a week as Church Manager and one day on the Latimer Park work party. Working in insurance for over 40 years latterly in Bromley, he now enjoys working locally. He is a leader of WD3 MSC, enjoys woodwork, tending a Swillet allotment, plus walking with & without his dog Tigga.

Judith Davies, PA to Nicky Pledger
Judith moved to Rickmansworth from County Durham in 1990 together with her husband Kelvin and their two children. They soon discovered St Andrew’s and so loved being part of the community they moved into Chorleywood in 2001. Family life is busy but Judith enjoys gardening and dabbling with interior design when there is opportunity. |

Natasha Taylor, Receptionist/Secretary
Natasha has been on the staff team at St Andrews’s for the past 5 years and has recently relocated from the parish office to the welcome desk in the main foyer. Natasha is delighted to welcome church family and visitors and to assist callers with their enquiries, in addition to supporting the office team with administration tasks. |

Elaine Dean, Secretary
Elaine came in from the cold after spending the 8 years on a Horticultural Therapy Project she now works part time in the Office at St Andrew’s. Thankfully enjoying living in the love of God, married to Dan with 2 sons and grandchildren she spends weekends with family, in her garden or allotment and enjoying a bacon buttie and fellowship at Manna MSC. |

Maureen O'Sullivan, Finance Manager
Maureen O’Sullivan joined the team in April 2009 as the church Finance Manager. She is responsible for the day to day income and expenditure, preparing financial reports and helping staff with their budgets. Maureen enjoys keeping fit, the arts, travel and spending time with family and friends. Maureen spent many happy years in New Zealand, but is delighted to be back at St Andrew’s.

Ruth May, National and International Mission Director
Ruth’s heart is to see all people released into their God-given mission. She came to St Andrew's in 2006 having worked in Uganda, completed a degree in History and Politics, and managed an independent Espresso Bar. When Ruth isn’t helping oversee MSCs she is studying for a Masters in International Peace and Security and obsessively watching West Wing. Ruth is passionate about justice for all, and believes that we should all expect to change the world.

Rita Field, Head of Mission
Rita manages the MSC Team, and focuses on developing new leaders and strategising for the growth of the MSC movement locally. Rita worked with GlaxoSmithKline as a Senior Research Scientist for 15 years. She is passionate about sharing the love of God with those who don’t yet know Him. She also loves to see lives changed and people excited about God. Rita enjoys cooking, dancing and spending time with her husband Michael and two sons.

Phillipa Maddox, MSC Centre Liaison
Formerly an Occupational Therapist and NHS Manager, Phillipa now works as part of the MSC team, focusing on supporting and developing the Centre of St Andrews. She has been a member of St Andrews for 16 years and in this time has worked with teenagers, toddlers and flowers. Phillipa is married to Mike and they have two daughters. She loves music, gardening, the sea and is a keen member of the school P.T.A.

Coenraad van Wyk, Youth Pastor
Prior to working at St Andrew's Coenraad worked in advertsing in London, but is now responsible for the 11-18 year old's in the church and absolutely loves his job. He is passionate about seeing young people realize their potential and releasing them to fully take hold of it. He loves sport but is pretty positive that being a Spurs fan has taken at least 10 years off his life! |

Simon Fox, Youth Intern
Simon is taking a year out between leaving school and going to university to get involved in the youth department at St Andrew’s. He loves seeing young people finding their identity in Christ and longs for Gods love to spread like wildfire through Chorleywood and the rest of the UK. He enjoys chili con carne, listening to people’s stories, and wearing flip flops!

Kristyna Edwards, Youth Intern
Kristyna has a passion to see the youth go deeper in their relationship with God and to encourage them to develop their gifts. Also she would like to see them to get more involved in what happens at St.Andrew’s. She enjoys photography, fashion and music and always has a camera on her. She is also a Mac lover and enjoys spending time being creative on photoshop.

Gemma White, Youth Intern
Gemma is excited to see the youth become inspired and changed by God’s love for them, and has a real passion to see them grow in their gifting. She is enthusiastic about worship and creative arts, and wants to get the young people involved with music, art and drama. She enjoys sketching, country music, and cowboy boots, and can commonly be found singing, playing the piano or guitar.

Jenny Newman, Youth and Children's Worker in Sarratt and Chipperfield
Jenny is the Youth and Children’s Worker in the Benefice of Sarratt and Chipperfield, two local village churches. She is passionate to see young people living life to the full with Jesus at the centre and seeing them make a positive difference in this world. She loves chocolate, walking in the countryside and has recently started horse riding. |

Sam Green, Intern in Sarratt and Chipperfield
Sam comes from the lake district and has just finished his A-levels. He's really excited about working with the young people in the villages this year and seeing God's kingdom extended in their homes and schools. He's looking forward to getting to know the youth in the villages and to see what God is going to do through them in the church this year. In his spare time Sam enjoys cross-country, cycling and drinking tea. |

Ellie Freeman, Intern in Sarratt and Chipperfield
Ellie comes from the South Coast of England and loves spending time at the beach and walking in the New Forest. Ellie graduated from the University of Exeter in 2008 and has spent the past year traveling, working, and on mission for a month working with students in Thailand. She is excited about working in the villages and is passionate to see lives transformed as the young people encounter Jesus and grow to love him more deeply.

Andy Hayball, Children's Pastor
Before coming on staff as Children’s Pastor, Andy did two Internships in the local area as well as spending some time teaching Madscience in primary schools across Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire. He is originally from Blackpool and is excited about seeing the Kingdom of God advanced powerfully through children becoming deeply discipled natural missionaries and making a difference even in their earliest years.

Jan Carson, Assistant Children's Pastor
Jan is originally from Northern Ireland, but has spent the last three years working in children’s and arts ministry in Portland, Oregon. She is passionate about learning kingdom truths through little children and is very excited about the next two years. Jan is currently studying for a Masters in Theology and a Diploma in Children’s ministry. In her spare time she writes short stories, reads voraciously and is an avid fan of Bruce Springsteen

Katie started her second year here at St. Andrews in September after an inspirational first year. She is passionate about sharing the Kingdom of God with all the children at St Andrew's. Before moving to Chorleywood, Katie grew up in Bristol with her family. She is excited to see what God has in store for the Children’s ministry this year, as well as in her personal journey with the Lord.

Jonny Scott, Children's Intern
Jonny has a joy for all things children, whether it is playing and having fun or learning about and expressing God’s incredible love for us. He grew up in Harpenden, but also spent 3 years in Colorado where he snowboarded, fished and climbed whenever he could. He has been living the past few years in Guildford studying microbiology at the University of Surrey and is very excited about the year to come. |

Belinda Patrick, Worship Pastor
Belinda spends her time overseeing our musicians, worship leaders and the creative arts. She is married to Keith and they have one son, Aidan. Originally from Southampton, Belinda spent 18 years in Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and is passionate about pursuing God and seeing people transformed by His love. |

Tim aids Belinda in overseeing our musicians and worship leaders. He is passionate about seeing lives changed by the presence and love of God, and seeing young people step into all that God has called them to. He has recently finished a degree in Business and Music.

Keith Patrick, Estate Manager
Keith oversees the church’s technical services including IT and AV departments. Together with the Church Manager he also oversees the maintenance of the church fabric and property. He is married to Belinda and they have a son called Aidan. Keith grew up in Australia and spent 20 years serving with Youth With A Mission (YWAM). |

Shaun Cheese, Caretaker
Shaun was born in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. In school he focused on the sciences. Through his study of the natural world, he began to believe in a creator God and became a Christian. His working life has been in the scientific civil service, the RNIB, and since 1991, being on staff at St Andrew's Church as Caretaker. |

Peter Wynter, Leader of Onelife
Pete is married to Sarah and has been involved in youth ministry for over ten years. Trained as a teacher, Pete has also worked as Chaplain in a Young Offenders Prison in Bristol, and as Youth Pastor of St Andrew's. He is a regular contributor at Soul Survivor and is now the leader of Onelife - an organisation working across the UK and overseas to resource and train teenagers in leadership. Pete loves sport, films and hanging out in Cornwall |
