Senior Staff Team

	Nicky Pledger, Assistant Minister Nicky was ordained in 2001. She has, among other things, spent four years in a religious order, worked in the Education service, the library service, been a teacher, a pub assistant and a housewife. She has a passion for connecting faith with everyday life. She met her husband Alan while studying at London School of Theology.  She has two step-sons, and a gorgeous granddaughter.
	David Rosser, Director of MSC Strategy and Development   David’s main responsibility is the development of the Mission-Shaped Communities within St Andrew’s. He is also involved in the wider network of churches engaging in mission through Mission- Shaped Communities. He has been involved in Christian publishing for many years. Married to Jenny they have two married daughters and one grandson. When not working with MSC leaders they enjoy walking and watching rugby.
	Jenny Rosser, Director of MSC Strategy and Development With David, Jenny shares responsibility for our Mission-Shaped Communities. She has been involved in the sales and marketing of Christian books and bibles for most of her working life. She has been married to David for over 40 years! They have been members of St Andrew’s for nearly 20 years.
	Heather Cowan, Director of Prayer, Leader of Prayer Ministry Heather was formerly a primary school teacher and worked in Lebanon for a number of years during the civil war. She loves to pray with people and see the love of Jesus trasnform lives. Heather enjoys walking in the countryside, art and photography.
	John Cowan, Director of Prayer, Leader of Prayer Ministry John returned from being a missionary doctor in Liberia to serving as a GP in Harefield for 24 years. He now leads Prayer and Prayer ministry together with his wife Heather. John is also a member of the PCC. For relaxation he enjoys golf and gardening.  John has three sons and four grandchildren.
