First-time Mothers & Babies

The Mother and Baby group is a small, friendly group for any first-time parents. It is a safe space for babies and parents to meet others who are experiencing parenthood for the first time. As babies grown and start to move, we find that ‘crawlers’ love the group and so do their Mums!

Admissions & Activities

Parents may bring their baby along to the group as soon as they feel ready and stay in the group until their child has become a steady walker. (It is recommended that parents wishing to move on to join the St Andrews Toddlers groups put their name on the relevant waiting list before this time.) Some baby toys are provided in the group and you are also welcome to bring your child’s favourite toy. Tea and biscuits are provided for the adults.

Time & Cost

Thursdays – 2.30pm to 4pm
There There is a weekly payment of 20p to cover the cost of refreshments

Venue & Access

St Andrews Church Lounge - 37 Quickley Lane, Chorleywood, Herts WD3 5AA.
There is parking available in the church car park. Access to the Lounge is through the reception foyer and straight ahead through to the back of the building. There are no steps or ramps so prams can be wheeled straight through. There is are disabled toileting and nappy changing facilities
